Step 1
THEORY
This is the first phase of your adventure, a complete and fun theory class where you will learn the dive signals, how to breathe with the regulator, how your equipment works and some safety concepts.
Step 2
POOL PRACTICE
This stage consists of reinforcing your theoretical knowledge by putting what you learnt during step 1 into practice in our private pool. Our body needs time to learn to breathe normally underwater. Your Instructor will help you to make this phase of adaptation to the underwater world easy and natural for you.
Step 3
DIVING AT SEA
The moment you have been waiting for has arrived and you are ready. We will head to the protected area of Risco Verde which is only 100m from our dive centre. 1 instructor for every two people, easy access, crystal clear water, fish of all colours and sizes await you for an experience you will never forget.
